I’ve just added Issue 67 to the
8-Bit Software Magazine Online Conversion.
This was an extra issue released in 2013 but I only recently became aware of it.
Since the rest of the issues were added I’ve made quite a few incremental
improvements to the conversion, especially relating to the accuracy of the Mode
7 conversion and much better handling of archive content. I plan to continue
making gradual improvements over time.
- Correctly ignore files unlinked from an inner nested recycle directory instead of moving them to the outer recycle dir.

- Return a clear error message when a file access permission needs to be granted to the app to allow rsync to read or write a given path.
- Re-title and add some details after the update check toggle in both the Dropbear and rsync actions for clarity.
- Default the update check toggle to off if the app was installed from a store (as the store is likely to manage updates itself).
- Explain the reasons for all requested app permissions in both the readme and project homepage.
